These terms explain how you may use Closset, including its photo-scanning features and optional Pro subscription.

1. About these terms

Closset is provided by Syksoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Closset, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have permission from a parent or guardian. Closset is not intended for children under 13.

Your license to the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe Closset's service and do not replace that license or override mandatory consumer rights.

2. What Closset does

Closset helps you find clothing in photos, organize a digital wardrobe, create and shuffle outfits, and plan what to wear. Photo availability, image quality, lighting, pose, and device capabilities can affect results. Face matching, garment detection, color and style tags, and outfit suggestions can be incorrect or incomplete. Review results before saving them. Closset is not an identity-verification or security service.

3. Your photos and content

You retain your rights in your photos and other content. Only use photos you own or have permission to process, and use your own selfie for face matching. You are responsible for respecting the privacy and rights of other people pictured. Closset processes photos locally and does not claim ownership of your content. Permissions you grant allow the app to process and store content as needed for the features you request.

You must not misuse the app to identify or monitor people without authorization, violate others' rights, circumvent access controls or payment restrictions, or interfere with the app's operation. Software and assets provided with Closset remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights and licenses.

4. Free scanning and Closset Pro

Your first completed gallery scan is free. Additional gallery scans and all single-photo scans require an active Closset Pro subscription. Selected iCloud matches recorded during the first free gallery scan remain eligible for its free download-and-extraction follow-up. Cancelled, incomplete, or empty-library scans do not consume the completed-scan allowance.

The free allowance is recorded on the device separately from wardrobe data. Clearing the wardrobe or reinstalling the app may not restore it. Your existing saved wardrobe, outfit creation, shuffle, and calendar features do not currently require Pro. Feature availability may change in future versions, subject to applicable law and any commitments made when you purchased.

5. Subscription billing and cancellation

Available plans, billing periods, and localized prices are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account's Subscriptions, or through Apple's subscription management page. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period. Deleting the app or clearing your closet does not cancel a subscription. The free gallery scan is not an auto-renewing subscription trial.

Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Purchase approval and verification may require an internet connection. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law; you can request assistance at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Privacy and local storage

Our Privacy Policy explains local photo processing and subscription-related data handling. Original photos are not modified. The local wardrobe folder is excluded from device backups, and we do not maintain a server copy. Deleting the app's data, losing your device, or resetting the wardrobe can cause loss of saved content. Keep your original photos and export anything important using available features.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Closset useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect recognition, or recovery of lost local data. Apple Photos, iCloud, App Store, and RevenueCat services are subject to their own availability and terms. Updates may change the app and supported devices.

To the extent permitted by law, Closset is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for every purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and will revise the date on this page. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws of your place of residence.
