This policy explains how SykSoft (“we”, “us”, or “Manifest”) handles information when you use the Manifest vision-board app.
Information we handle
Content you choose to provide. Manifest can use intention text, category selections, board titles, photos you select, and images you create or edit. Your saved boards and imported photos are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that sends content to a service.
AI image creation. When you choose to create an image, the intention text and selected style information are sent through our Firebase service to OpenAI so that an image can be generated. Manifest does not upload a gallery photo for this feature. Generated results are returned to the app and saved locally when you use them.
Anonymous app session. The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to secure image-generation requests. This creates a random technical identifier; it does not require your name, email address, phone number, or social account.
Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and entitlement status is handled by RevenueCat. We receive subscription entitlement information needed to unlock Premium features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Device and diagnostics. Firebase App Check and service logs may process technical information needed to prevent abuse and operate the service, such as an anonymous identifier, request timestamps, app/device context, and error information.
How we use information
We use information to provide board creation, AI image generation, subscription access, exports, widgets, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your board content for advertising.
Third-party services
Firebase provides anonymous authentication, App Check, server functions, and temporary image processing storage. OpenAI processes the intention information you submit when you explicitly choose AI image creation. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription entitlements. Apple processes purchases through the App Store. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
Storage and deletion
Boards and photos you save in Manifest remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. AI results are stored temporarily on our service so they can be delivered to your app and are automatically removed according to our server retention settings. Anonymous service records may be retained as needed for security, quota enforcement, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You choose whether to use AI image creation, whether to import photos, and whether to subscribe. You can delete local boards inside the app, revoke Photos access in iOS Settings, and request help with service data by contacting us.
Children
Manifest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
